Chef Demo:  Chef Thoa Nguyen, of Thoa’s restaurant will be our special guest chef this coming Saturday, July 10 at the Magnolia Farmers Market.  Chef Thoa will be using fresh seasonal northwest ingredients and combining them with traditional Vietnamese flavors to create light, refreshing summertime meals.  Recipes will be provided at the market and are available on line.  The cooking demo is free and open to the public and begins at 11:30 am under the market’s special events tent.
