Cheesemaking Workshop

July 17, 2010  - Saturday,  9 am to 3 pm
 
$85 per person, lunch included.

Pine Stump Farm - 288 Haley Creek Road, 12 mi. east of Omak
 
Agenda will include working with 3 types of cheeses, recipes, discussion of roles of starter, culture, rennet, salt, synuresis, affinage and more.
 
Can also discuss licensing and details of getting a licensed facility.
 
Lunch will feature several types of cheeses.

hours on raising grass-fed beef, controlling weeds, growing healthy grass
